Thomas is a NYS Licensed Optician & contact lens fitter. He is a 1976 graduate of Erie, with over 40 years of optical experience. Working his way to district manager overseeing 13 locations from Albany to downstate, he was selected as 1 of 2 Nationwide Quality Auditors covering over 400 offices for the company. He opened his own Optical franchise in Albany in 1983 and was awarded for outstanding quality & service, which placed him in the Presidents Club.
Dr. Madge Hinman
25 years of experience practicing in the Capital District. A graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston MA. She performs routine eye exams & specialty contact lens fittings. She specializes in the detection of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts & macular degeneration provides treatment of dry eye disease ocular allergies & conjunctivitis.

Dr. Bill Halpin
Dr. Bill Halpin graduated from SUNY Optometry in 2010 and has been practicing in the Capital Region ever since. He strives to provide both quality care and communication in his exams. Never hesitant to ask questions! In his spare time, Bill refines his creative side as an author of dark thrillers. His first novel was published in October 2019. He enjoys board games, MMA, escape games, and horror movies, and is lucky enough to have found a wife that likes all that, too.
